Dive into boxing with our Technique & Drilling Class! Perfect for all boxing levels, we blend essential boxing skills with dynamic boxing drills for a fun learning experience.
Beginners Fundamentals
This class breaks down the basics & fundamentals and helps both beginners and experienced boxers perfect their form. This class is designed to help you build a strong foundation in boxing and feel more confident during classes.
